Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

All orders and throughly checked before being shipped out. However, if your order does come damaged or you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returns postage must be paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item(s) have been received by us. Please note, if we do not receive the item, you will not receive a refund, hence we advise using a tracked or signed for shipping service.

Refunds will be processed with excluding a small handling fee of £2.50*. This is to account for postage and packaging involved in shipping your order out to you. *An order of £20 for example, will receive a refund of £17.50 (£20 excluding the handling fee of £2.50).

 

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your items, please email us at: paperlydefined@outlook.com and state your name and order number. Exchange postage must be paid by the customer. Exchanges will be processed once the item(s) have been received by us. Please note, if we do not receive the item, you will not receive the exchange item(s), hence we advise using a tracked or signed for shipping service. You will not be charged for the postage to ship out your new item(s).
